Coderboard Terms of Service

1. Service scope

Coderboard provides live mentoring sessions, asynchronous feedback, and educational resources. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or specific project results.

2. Scheduling and attendance

Sessions are scheduled through our platform. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Plans renew monthly unless canceled. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

4. Mentor conduct

We expect mentors and members to maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional communication. Harassment or abuse may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your code and project materials. By sharing content with mentors, you grant permission to review and provide feedback.

6. Limitation of liability

Coderboard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the service type and timing. Single sessions qualify for a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Monthly subscriptions renew at the start of each billing cycle; cancel before renewal to avoid future charges, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

If a mentor no-shows or we cannot deliver a session, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund. Submit refund requests within 7 days of the session or billing date via the contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
