Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for Coderboard sessions and subscriptions.
1. Single sessions
You can request a full refund for a single session if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds, but we will help you reschedule once.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions renew at the start of each billing cycle. Cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, but unused sessions remain available during the active billing period.
3. Service issues
If a mentor no-shows or we are unable to deliver the session, you can choose a reschedule or a full refund.
4. How to request a refund
Send your request within 7 days of the session or billing date via the contact form. Include your booking email and session details.
5. Processing timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
